East Link London Ltd is our registered trading name. For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, “Le Mart”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Le Mart. 

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from our site. By accessing or using Le Mart, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review this page regularly. 

 

Terms of Sale 

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. 

 

Contract 

No contract will exist between you and Le Mart (East Link London Ltd) for the sale of any product unless and until we have accepted your order and payment has been successfully processed via our secure payment gateway providers. 

Order acceptance is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. At that point, a legally binding contract is formed. 

Only individuals aged 18 years or over may enter into legally binding contracts. 

 

Customer Information & Order Processing 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including billing details, shipping address, and contact information. 

If additional information, confirmation, or documentation is required to process or fulfil your order, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout. 

If we do not receive a response within 3 days of our initial contact attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. 

We shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellation resulting from a customer’s failure to respond or provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe. 

 

Pricing and Payment 

All prices displayed on lemart.uk are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT (if applicable) and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. 

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. 

 

Discounts and Promotional Codes 

From time to time, we may offer promotional or discount codes. These may apply to selected products or purchases and are subject to the following conditions: 

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise specified. 
  • Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, unless agreed by our customer service team. 
  • Seasonal or flash sale discounts are time-sensitive and cannot be applied outside the promotional period. 
  • Certain products or collections may be excluded from promotions. 
  • Promotional codes cannot be applied to sale or outlet items unless stated otherwise. 
  • Expired codes cannot be reinstated. 
  • Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused promotional codes. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any promotional code if technical or administrative issues occur beyond our control. 
  • Promotional codes are valid only on lemart.uk and cannot be used on third-party websites. 

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. 

 

Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both you and Le Mart submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
