Return of Unwanted Items 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of fresh food. 

For non-perishable, non-discounted items (if any), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. Postage costs for returns are at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or sent in error. 

 

We do not accept returns if: 

  • The product is perishable (fresh or frozen food) 
  • The product has already been opened or used 
  • The product was purchased at a discounted price 
  • Damaged/missing items are not reported within 2 days of receipt (based on courier delivery records) 

All returned items must be unopened and unused. Only the original purchaser may submit a return request. 

To request a return, contact our Customer Service team via info@lemart.uk with your order number and a full description of the item(s). Approved returns should be sent to:

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, attaching: 

  • Order number 
  • Photos or video of the damaged parcel and items 

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer: 

  • A replacement item OR 
  • A refund for the damaged item or the full order (excluding shipping costs) 

Le Mart may request the return of damaged items. In such cases, return postage will be covered by Le Mart. 

 

Missing or Incorrect Items 

If an item is missing or incorrect: 

  1. Check the packing list to see if the item was marked out of stock. Refunds for out-of-stock items are processed within 5 working days.
  2. For incorrect items, contact us promptly. We will send the correct product or issue a refund for the affected item. 

Le Mart may request the return of incorrect items. Return postage will be covered by Le Mart. 

 

Cancel or Amend Your Order 

Orders can only be cancelled or amended before shipment. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. 

If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Le Mart will deduct the full cost of delivery from any refund. Re-delivery will require the buyer to pay the shipping cost. 

 

Important Notes for Courier Deliveries of Perishable Goods 

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind. 
  • Refunds or replacements are considered only if damage is clearly documented with photos or video. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
