How do I know when my order has been received?
An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed. With the tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Which methods of payment do you accept online?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as ShopPay and GooglePay Express checkout. All payments are handled securely by our dedicated payment gateway provider.
How and when will my purchases be delivered?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, once the payment has been cleared, using a tracked delivery service. The couriers operate a Monday to Friday service between 9am – 6pm and a specific time slot cannot be requested.
What is your Returns Policy?
you can return your order within 14 days after the delivery of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to return an unwanted item, once Le Mart agrees to your return request, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods. How do I unsubscribe myself from receiving the newsletter?
There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every newsletter we send you. You are welcome to subscribe to the newsletter again at any time.
